KravRun

Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply when you use KravRun at kravrun.com, including the customer, vendor and courier apps. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What KravRun does

KravRun is an online ordering platform. Independent food businesses ("vendors") list their menus and prepare the food. KravRun takes your order and payment and passes the order to the vendor. The vendor is responsible for the food, its preparation, ingredients, allergen information and food safety.

2. Orders and pickup

3. Payment

Payments are made with BiMPay, normally directly to the vendor preparing your order (the payee name is shown before you pay). You must pay the exact amount shown and include the order reference so the payment can be matched. Payments not received within the payment window may expire; if you paid after expiry, contact the vendor or KravRun and it will be confirmed or refunded.

4. Cancellations and refunds

See our refund policy.

5. Vendors

Vendors agree to a separate partner agreement. Customers pay vendors directly by BiMPay; KravRun records every order and invoices the vendor monthly for the agreed flat transaction fee per order (and any delivery fee, where delivery applies). Where KravRun collects a payment itself, it deducts the same fees and pays the balance to the vendor on the published payout schedule.

6. Acceptable use

Do not place false orders, misuse payment references, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or interfere with the service. We may refuse or cancel orders and suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Barbados, KravRun is not liable for the quality or safety of food prepared by vendors, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions: [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados.
