KravRun respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Barbados Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Customers: the name and (optional) phone number you enter at checkout, your order details, the payment reference, and the sender name you give when confirming payment.
• Vendors and couriers: business or contact name, location, payout account details, and app activity needed to run the service.
• Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address) used for security, for example to block repeated failed sign-ins.

We do not collect card numbers. BiMPay payments are made in your own BiMPay app.

How we use it

To process and fulfil your order, confirm payments, let the vendor contact you about your order, handle refunds, pay vendors, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

The vendor preparing your order sees your name, phone number (if given) and order. Our hosting provider stores data on our behalf. We may disclose data where required by law.

Your device

The customer app saves your name, phone and recent orders on your own device so you don't need to retype them. You can clear this by clearing your browser's site data.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements (generally up to seven years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected]. You may also contact the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Barbados.
